Summary
In this episode you are guided in a cleansing meditation using a technique to reflect on the highs and lows of the past week. You'll be guided as you celebrate events and situations that lifted you up. You'll also be guided to release reflections that didn't support you.
This is part 1 of a 7-Part Detox Meditation Series, Episodes 785-791.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
