Summary

In this episode you are guided in a meditation visualizing yourself having more fun in your life. You'll discover how dandelion tea can support your health and wellbeing. You'll also discover why it's so important to include fun into your life as you detox.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
