Summary

In this episode you are guided in a walking meditation to connect with your environment. You're also guided through a total body relaxation technique by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the classic book on yoga and meditation, "Autobiography of a Yogi." As you walk you'll be guided as you connect with your environment.

This is part 7 of a 7-Part Detox Meditation Series, Episodes 785-791.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
