Summary
In this episode you are guided in a meditation using a breathing technique to calm your mind and body. This is a technique that is easy to do so during your times of greatest need, this is a technique you will remember.
This is part 3 of a 7-Part Feel Safe Meditations, Episodes 772-778.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
