because I actually wanted to start a self love series on

Instagram but for whatever reason whenever I went live for the first 10 or 15 minutes it was clear but then the audio would start jumping and it didn't matter if I reset the modem it didn't matter if I turned off my phone and restarted it. It was just not

in the cards. And so I decided to put it out as a podcast episode for anyone who may need it, anyone who may find it helpful.
