Summary
In this episode you're guided using an affirmation meditation technique to help quell emotional eating. You'll be guided in a meditation to nourish yourself from within. This is the first of 7 Key Principles of Health + Wellness from a Functional Medicine perspective. This is part 2 of a 7-Part Meditations For Health And Wellness, Episodes 752-758.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
