might sound, I want to talk about the concept of past lives and what it teaches us about intuition.

And, you know, certainly I'm not here to try to make you believe in past lives

or reincarnation or anything like that. But I will start with just a dash of research for context here

about people's experiences with this topic. And then I'll talk about what it can teach us.

Because I do think it could teach us something really powerful that transcends the specific idea itself.

But the most respected work that I could find on this field, and I've read many books on this,

including many lives, many masters, the classics.

But I found this study came out of the University of Virginia, the University of Virginia School of Medicine,

actually, from a field that's referred to as DOP's Division of Perceptual Studies, which is really

interesting, where basically over 50 years, these researchers documented more than 2,500 cases

of young children who spontaneously recalled details of what they described as past lives.

And these weren't just like vague stories of, I used to be a queen or I used to do this.

It was like very specific, like eerily specific, names, locations.

A big focus was cause of death, family details.

And in many cases, those stories that the children recalled, they were verified through

independent research investigation.

Like, in some instances, even like children had birth marks or defects that corresponded with fatal wounds from the prior
