Summary
In this episode you are guided in a walking meditation to connect with your outside environment. I like to end each weekly series with a walking meditation as a way to reward yourself for all the great benefits you're giving yourself as you experiment with different meditation techniques throughout the week. This week you've been focused on releasing fear so today's walking meditation will explore one final way to help you release fear. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Release Fear Meditations, Episodes 745-751.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
