Summary

In this episode you are guided using a breathing technique and a visualization technique to help you release fears, and to feel expansive as healing energy washes over you. You also discover how the herb nettle may help soothe anxiety associated with fear. This is part 6 of a 7-Part Release Fear Meditations, Episodes 745-751.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
