Summary

In this episode you are guided using the pushpaputa mudra meditation technique to help you release fears, and to feel expansive as healing energy washes over you. You are guided using a technique adapted from a technique to help you improve your memory from the book "Moonwalking with Einstein," by Joshua Foer. This is part 5 of a 7-Part Release Fear Meditations, Episodes 745-751.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
