Then you've got to get yourself excited or motivated about the thing and then really

Then you've got to start it and get over that initial hump of like moving the thing forward in addition to all of the fears that might come with that.

Then you've got to work through the problems that you'll encounter along the way because as you know nothing is ever a straight line

Then you've got to stick with it when you start to lose focus or struggle and this is the hard

we just can't stick with it long term that consistency piece.

It's a cycle. It can feel repetitive, it can feel frustrating, and for many of us it's hard to even get the cycle going.
