My name is Greg Klunis and being ambitious is one of those things so I've always been ambitious I've always

wanted to do more go further be better right this idea of personal development really comes out of ambition.

You want to be more, you want to do more, and so you start looking up how to make that happen.

And along the way you stumble across things like the Pomodoro technique,

you stumble across goal setting, you stumble across habits and habit trackers

and all of these different techniques that we all sort of like do, but ultimately

what it comes down to is we are ambitious.

We want to take control of our lives for whatever reason, and we got to this place for whatever reason.

But being ambitious is not always a positive thing even though it's seen that way,

even though in the media and in our lives in a lot of ways being

ambitious is presented to us as being positive. It's not always there are some

major drawbacks of that ambition and it's something that

I don't think gets enough focus or attention because it's easy to get caught up in the positives of it. You know, you're willing to push for more,

you're willing to get more, you're willing to work harder and put in more hours and get those

promotions and learn the new skills you need and do the yoga

in the morning meditation you're willing to go and push and work and that is
