Hello everybody and welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

There's really nothing to say other than this episode is gold.

I am Elizabeth Benton and today, finally, I get to share with you a conversation that

I had with a dear friend of mine, Amy Ladin.

Not only does Amy have just incredibly inspiring story of struggling with weight and body

image for most of her life overcoming those challenges, overcoming cancer, even when

she was told that she had very little time to live and doing so in large part because

of her mindset and her determination, but also because she shares with us tools that

allowed her to really conquer both of these areas of her life.

We talk a lot about her personal practices for discipline, her personal practices for

showing up as the version of herself that she wants to be and minimizing the version

of herself she doesn't want to be and she has really concrete tools that we can start

using today to do this.

We also talked about some of her strategies for thriving in relationship, especially those

really tough relationships, whether that's with a romantic partner or with your kids,

where it's so easy to get caught up in frustration or anger.
