Hello everybody.

Welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast and this is like our third or our fourth

good bad ugly episode.

Yeah, I think it's our third.

How do you feel about it?

I was going to say I think it's my third time cringing.

So that's how I feel.

I know, you know, I still feel like it's very important to talk about this.

Number one, so that if people have a perception that doesn't match our perception or a misunderstanding,

we have the opportunity to clear it up, but probably bigger than that, it's really about

a process for an mindset around taking difficult feedback because we all get it, right?

I mean, a lot.

Yeah, I wish that we didn't.

And I guess the other piece of it is being a voice for people considering all the options

before they maybe share something that they can't take back with somebody else.

And you know, it's funny because the first good bad ugly episode that we did that aired

in January, people loved it.
