Most of you guys know that I got ahead on my podcast recording during my pregnancy

because I wanted to have more time and more flexibility in the first few months of our

little peanut's life and never, never expected that we would lose her.

So suddenly just two weeks after she was born.

It has left me, you know, I'm going to let those podcasts air.

I think they're great content and there's a lot of value there.

But it feels weird to stay quiet.

I spend a lot of time in silence.

It also feels hard to talk and I have shared with people that I haven't really talked to

to anybody much but my mom and Chris and a little bit to my sister.
