Summary

Be guided in a walking meditation customized around the popular practice of Shinrin Yoku, or Japanese Forest Bathing. The Japanese have conducted research on the many health benefits of spending time in green spaces to help boost immunity and restore health. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Benefits of Meditation Series, Episodes 723-729.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
