Summary

Be guided in a meditation to manage relationship stress. It's not usually possible to have a good relationship with every single person you meet. Sometimes the best you can do is to develop a way to be more tolerant of the person. In this episode you're guided using a mudra technique to help you manage relationship stress. This is part 4 of a 7-Part Benefits of Meditation Series, Episodes 723-729.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
