Summary
Be guided in a meditation to realize you are enough just as you are -- nothing more, nothing less. When you feel as though anger, pain, grief and those big emotions are threatening to derail you, getting in touch with your first chakra will help you feel more rooted. Throughout this week's series you'll learn how to use meditation techniques to manage stress triggers. This is part 5 of a 7-Part Meditations for Stress Triggers, Episodes 716-722.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
