Summary
Be guided in a calming breathing technique that you can do when challenges threatened to derail you. As you're guided using this technique, you'll release negativity in regard to what you think, speak and feel when faced with challenges. Throughout this week's series you'll learn how to use meditation techniques to manage stress triggers. This is part 3 of a 7-Part Meditations for Stress Triggers, Episodes 716-722.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
