Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to talk about feeling lost. I don't know about you,

but even at 37 and feeling really good about my career, my relationships, my health, there's really not a day that goes by where I don't feel some element of, man,

what am I doing? I'm lost. And in some sense, I bet you could relate to this idea, whether you're

in your 20s or 30s, 40s, beyond maybe, none of us are immune to feeling lost, right? Lost,

that feeling of not knowing what's next, not knowing how to do the thing or receive the thing

or attract the thing, right? It's that feeling of uncertainty, the unfeeling of being rushed,

the feeling of the feeling of being behind, of having lots of boxes still left unchecked

and not knowing how or when you're going to check them, right? Lost. That's usually the word that we resort to. I feel lost. Well, as with many of the

topics I talk about here, feeling lost is one I think a lot about. Because if you feel lost,

they could lead you in the wrong direction or it could lead you in the right direction. It's all about how we

respond to that emotion, to that label. So I want to present to you what I think is a really powerful

reaction to feeling lost. And it's one that makes it an empowering feeling, not a draining one.

And it goes like this. Simply put, lost is not the right word. You are not lost. I am not lost.

We are just no longer willing to lie to ourselves. And this is a really important distinction.

And it's one that many people don't make because this feeling, feeling lost, all it is is the emotion you feel when your autopilot

shuts off and your real honesty, your real awareness finally kicks in. It's like the existential
