Summary
Be guided in a meditation repeating an affirmation to experience your own inner stillness. In this meditation you'll cultivate a quite and calm place within yourself by repeating a soothing affirmation. Throughout this week's series you'll learn how to do meditation techniques to experience your own inner stillness. This is part 1 of a 7-Part Inner Stillness Meditations, Episodes 710-716.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
