Hello everybody.

Welcome back or welcome to the Primal Potential podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton.

Crazy to think that we are gearing up for the new year.

Just a few days away now and something that is increasingly important to me as I get older

is noting and reflecting on what happened in the previous year because otherwise things

stand out like I got married or I had a baby.

Neither of those things have happened.

Well, I've been married before but you know what I'm saying.

Oftentimes, there are really huge things stand out and we come to the end of the year

and everything is a bit of a blur.

And not only do we fail to take the time to celebrate milestones and accomplishments

and progress but we also fail to walk away with a real sense of the same thing.

The sense of the lessons that we've learned and the things that we're taking forward into

the new year with us.

So I was reflecting on a lot of different things that happened over the course of 2019.
