Hello everybody.

Welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton.

I hope you're having an amazing day today and I feel pretty confident that this episode

is going to take your day and make it a little bit better, a little bit brighter because

today we are talking about motivation and more specifically something that really motivated

me lately.

And ironically, the reason it motivated me is because it reminded me that motivation

is not required, that we can create massive success in every area of our lives without

being motivated and I find that to be really encouraging because a lot of times I'm not

motivated.

I'm not motivated to get out of bed in the morning most of the time.

Sure, there are some unicorn days where I'm fired up and ready to go but it's certainly

not the norm, especially in this pregnancy.

And I love knowing that that's fine.

I can create as successful a morning with high motivation as I can with low motivation.

So where this came from initially is an athletic apparel company called NoBull.
