Welcome to the Daily Meditation Podcast. I'm Mary Meckley and I'm so honored you're here sharing part of your day meditating and I want to congratulate you for giving yourself this time to connect with the best part of who you are.

surroundings. Now you can do this meditation whether or not you're out walking or I know it's

not always easy to get out and walk. You could do it seated in your favorite meditation space

and you could visualize yourself walking in a place that gives you great peace,

a place you feel connected to, maybe a place you've traveled to on a vacation.
