And what I mean by pure meditation, that's where you're seated and you're not really thinking

about anything at all. You're simply allowing yourself to be in the moment, to be mindful,

not trying to make yourself be a certain way, just honoring yourself for how you're feeling

right now in this moment. So many people sit down to meditate and they feel like they need to

instantly go into all things peace and calm.

But really meditation is about experiencing your life as it is and managing yourself as you go through all the different emotions we all experience in our lives.

Day to day, all the different stress triggers, all the different emotions you feel, the interactions with people.

These all have an impact on you.

And when you sit down to meditate, you lay that to rest and you go into your own experience

of stillness as best as you can for that moment.

Sometimes you can feel stillness right away and it lingers.
