Summary
Be guided in a meditation using an affirmation to appreciate the abundance already within yourself. Abundance doesn't have to be about *gaining* or *achieving.* Abundance is much more about what you already have in large quantity. In this episode you'll explore how to appreciate what you already have in your life. This is part 2 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Abundance, Episodes 674-680. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
