The world is changing so, so much.

COVID-19 has honestly changed everything in the short term

but I really think over the course of the next few years we're gonna start

seeing those changes actually show up in the way we live our lives and the things

that we've always viewed just as how things are, that's not going to be the case anymore.

And that is going to spill over into the job environment into the job market

the number of available jobs the amount were paid for those jobs the way that we

work in those jobs and of course in our ability to get those jobs.

So this episode, it's written by Sophie Sumter, a phenomenal writer here on the team, but I think

it's a critical one for looking ahead at this year and the years to come

and preparing ourselves to take advantage of the job opportunities that will exist as a result of the situation we find ourselves

in and also to minimize the hurt that may come from the job losses that will be

happening as well.

So this should be a super good episode, but it's a really important one.
