| 1:14.6 | all kinds of things, whatever comes your way, you may feel inclined to judge this. |
| 1:22.1 | And it's something that can be a little tricky to overcome if you're not really aware of how your |
| 1:32.8 | thoughts can shift to judgmental thoughts. |
| 1:37.4 | And usually, as we've been exploring throughout this week, when you judge someone, it's more about a fear or insecurity that you have |
| 1:49.0 | otherwise when you come up against something that's different from you or that is |
| 1:59.0 | better than you maybe there's somebody who does something better than you and you feel a little threatened |
| 2:06.8 | by that so you can kind of judge them and think, well, the reason they're able to do that is |
| 2:11.7 | because they don't have to work as hard as I do or they have more advantages, whatever it may be. |
| 2:20.3 | Or it could be a situation where you feel like you yourself are better than someone, where you think, |
| 2:31.3 | you know, I just am so much better at this or that, and it can be that way. |
| 2:39.6 | I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. |
| 2:42.5 | So as you go through the meditations in this week's series, including today's meditation, pay close attention to how you are thinking throughout the day. |
