| 1:33.7 | judge about yourself, I bet it has a lot to do with your fears. So if you can unravel your fears and really get to the root of what is |

| 1:59.0 | something is excessively fantastic or incredibly horrible. |
| 2:10.0 | Judgment takes you to an extreme. |
| 2:13.7 | And so this could be an extreme that seems positive or that is pretty negative. |
| 2:21.3 | So you could judge yourself as, oh, you know, I'm really good at this. |
| 2:27.3 | Other people aren't as great, but I'm very good. |
| 2:32.3 | Or you could judge yourself as, you you know this is just not my thing I |
| 2:38.1 | don't do well at this everybody is just so much better at this particular thing |
| 2:45.6 | whatever it may be in your life so when you think about what you're judging, consider your fears. |
