Summary
Be guided in a meditation to create a new beginning for yourself. You'll be guided using the matangi mudra to detox your thoughts. Mudras are simply ways to position your hands to activate your nervous system in a particular way, much like yoga. Detoxing is not so often about cleansing and letting go. Some of the best ways to renew yourself include allowing yourself to expand to more of who you are. Every day this week you'll focus on a meditation technique to help you live your life more authentically. You can do this meditation either seated or walking -- you always have a choice. This is part 3 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Detoxing, Episodes 653-659. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness.
