Welcome to the daily meditation podcast. I'm Mary Meckley and I want to honor you for giving yourself

permission to slow down and connect to the best part of who you are. In today's meditation,

which is episode 650, you're going to be guided in a meditation with the

And so in every single meditation, I share a different meditation technique customized around a weekly theme.

Many people have requested this theme, and that is for you to accept yourself exactly as you are.

And every single day this week, you've explored a different meditation technique to help you

And this increases your confidence and your belief and we've been doing a

confidence quest where you focus on one thing that you know you're very good at doing something

you're excellent at doing it might be some quality or characteristic about you or a skill.

So maybe you're really great at doing some kind of job or some sport or

cooking or whatever it may be or maybe you just are a very kind, loving, compassionate

person. Whatever it is, I want you to reward yourself and to give yourself a lot of credit

for this special quality that's yours. And it may be something that you're not even

acknowledged for by others around you but you know you have it and so I want you to

accept yourself all of you not just the parts of you that others might rave about or others may actually kind of put you down

and not really honor all you are.

And so this is a week to do a confidence quest where you start to really focus on your

positive attributes.
