Summary

Be guided in a meditation using a mudra technique to accept yourself. This is a mudra technique that you can do throughout your day, as well as when you meditate. The mudra helps to create inspiration to believe in yourself, and to feel connected to the world around you. This week I offer you a challenge to create your own Confidence Quest. Every day this week you'll focus on what is great about yourself. This is part 4of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Self-Acceptance, Episodes 646-652. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation. For free meditation tools to help you start meditating please head over to my website at www.SipandOm.com, and there you'll find a multitude of free resources to help you on your Meditation Journey.
