Be guided in a happiness walking meditation. You'll take a look at your world through rose-colored glasses and discover joy in surprising places. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques. They are simply an option to help you focus your mind. I offer you a challenge to create your own Happiness project this week. When you learn something new or create something for yourself, you will notice that you experience more happiness. All week long you will explore different meditation techniques to increase your happiness. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Happiness Meditations, Episodes 639-645.
