Welcome to the Daily Meditation Podcast. I'm Mary Meckley and I'm a meditation teacher who shares a different meditation technique every day on the podcast. people struggle with accepting themselves we have this need this longing to feel accepted

even if we feel as though we're different from others who we might spend most of our time with

and we don't necessarily want to be like those people, we still have this human innate need to feel
