Summary

Be guided in a happiness meditation. In this meditation you'll be guided in a meditation where I layer the different meditation techniques we've explored in this week's Happiness Meditation series. You'll combine an affirmation with a breathing technique, and do a mudra as you focus on your second chakra. You'll also discover the benefits of rosemary, an herb you likely have in your kitchen cabinet. Rosemary is a powerhouse herb loaded with antioxidants to support your health. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques. They are simply an option to help you focus your mind. I offer you a challenge to create your own Happiness project this week. When you learn something new or create something for yourself, you will notice that you experience more happiness. All week long you will explore different meditation techniques to increase your happiness. This is part 6 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Happiness Meditations, Episodes 639-645. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
