Summary

Be guided in a meditation to increase your happiness flow. You'll be guided using a mudra technique to cultivate happiness in relationships. In this meditation you are guided as you combine a mudra with your second chakra. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques. They are simply an option to help you focus your mind. I offer you a challenge to create your own Happiness project this week. When you learn something new or create something for yourself, you will notice that you experience more happiness. All week long you will explore different meditation techniques to increase your happiness. This is part 4 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Happiness Meditations, Episodes 639-645. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
