I love these end-of- of year wrap up episodes. Honestly,

as I'm scrolling through the podcast apps and Spotify is where I typically listen. These are always

the episodes I love to listen to most because I'm always so interested in other people's perspective

on what worked and what didn't and what do you think we should prepare for. So I'm going to give

you my perspective on a couple things today. And I would love it if when you listen to this
