Be guided in a meditation to increase your happiness. In this meditation I offer you a challenge to create your own Happiness project. When you learn something new or create something for yourself, you will notice that you experience more happiness. All week long you will explore different meditation techniques to increase your happiness. This is part 1 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Happiness, Episodes 639-645. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness.
