Summary
Be guided in a walking meditation to honor yourself. I like to end the week with a walk outside as a reward for all the wonderful benefits you've given yourself as you explored the many techniques throughout the week long series. In this episode you'll be guided in a recap of how meditation promotes positive gene expression, and how to honor yourself exactly as you are. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Managing Your Gene Expression With Meditation, Episodes 632-638. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
