Summary

Be guided in a meditation using a simple yet powerful mudra (often referred to as yoga in your hands). Your brain constantly monitors your thoughts, who you spend time with, your environment, etc. In this process, you're constantly creating connections between neurons. It's vital that you you activate neurons that support you. This is part 4 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Managing Your Gene Expression With Meditation, Episodes 632-638. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness.
