Summary

Be guided in a meditation using a chakra meditation technique to support your gut health. Your stomach is often referred to as your second brain. Whatever you do to support your digestion will promote positive gene expression. In this meditation you'll also be guided to ignite your passion. When you follow your passion you naturally promote healthy gene expression. This is part 5 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Managing Your Gene Expression With Meditation, Episodes 632-638. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation. the meditations as you do errands around your home or commute to and from work or walk around outside.

0:56.0

And others meditate daily, seated, and really focus on each technique that's customized

around each weekly theme.

your way down to the floor or in a chair on the end of your bed and set and experience stillness.

1:54.0

That's the best way to realize the results, and it's not always easy to do this. It takes practice

2:00.6

to become used to feeling the stillness within

yourself. But it's very possible. Billions of people do it and meditation has been around for
