Summary
It's been a while since we've talked about endocrine disruptors, obesagens and other chemical concerns that might play a role in your weight struggle, hormonal issues and other health challenges.
I've done a few episodes on the past, but this came up for me again as I was clearing out my kitchen for it's renovation. Our kitchen collection has grown since my boyfriend moved in and people come by with plastic party-ware that gets left behind.
I am not here to say that making changes to your food wrap, dishware and cookware is an option for everyone or a priority for all. However, I do think it's an important conversation to have, especially for those of us who are putting time and money into hormone issues, weight issues or any other health challenge.

What are endocrine disruptors?
Most importantly, listen to today's episode in full. In short. they are exogenous chemicals that interfere with any hormone action. That could include blood sugar balance, thyroid function, fertility, fat burning and so much more.
What I've bought for my own kitchen:
Skillets, pots & bakeware from Le Creuset (in Indigo)
For less expensive options, choose stainless steel or cast iron. Glass is also a good bakeware option.
Weck for glass storage containers
As I add baby gear to the mix, I'll be sure to share my choices and why I made them.
