Let's go. Oh, All right. Welcome to episode 621. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of new mindset who this as always

thank you so much for listening thank you for supporting me and today I want to talk

about trust issues that is is you, me, us, we struggle to trust other people.

And this is one of those topics that I think most of us can relate to, and it's one that is like proportional, I think, to your age. The older you get the more you don't trust people or like the

the older you get the less willing you are to trust people and I think it makes sense right the

older you get the more literal fodder you have the more life experience you have that says

hey you shouldn't trust people because you've

been here before been there done that been there heard one thing told one thing

promise one thing received another or received another, or received nothing, right? You're older now, and undoubtedly

you have probably several examples of being burned by other people or abandoned or betrayed or let down or lied to or cheated on.

Or maybe in smaller ways and not such big ways.

Maybe you've just found people to not be reliable at all or to always mislead or

to not be honest right the result though is the older you get the higher

those walls are that you build around your heart, around your willingness to trust

other people.

And even as I say that, like I suppose it's not necessarily a bad thing that now you're older and you're more attuned you're more aware and

you're just better equipped to judge other people because you've gotten better at

realizing that some people a lot of, do not deserve your trust.
