I want us to get up and do some scary things, things that scare us.

In that sense, sure, maybe they're a bit unhinged, maybe they are audacious,

maybe they are delusional, some of my favorite words, whatever word you want to use to describe

doing something that scares you, is always scared you or you know at a minimum

makes you uncomfortable or just the thought of doing this thing makes you feel

unsure or insecure whatever it is that is exactly the thing that we're going to do.

We're not going to do it just because this is a nice feel good message

that says, you know, conquer your fears

or everything worth having in life flies on the other side of your, I think that's a given, and we like that. But we're going to do this. We're going to do something that scares us for a very specific reason. That is facing one fear, one specific fear has a

compounding effect in life and I'll start by referring to a study that I found that really explains this and then we'll talk about a mindset that will bring this to life.
