My best mood this week was allowing myself to be silly again

I feel like sometimes when there's so many moving parts

There's the holidays and then like me I was moving and there's just all these things sometimes you forget to be silly

You can remember maybe to relax or do something good for you or wind down or take a moment

But it takes a little extra nudge to get silly with it

You know what I mean? And I just felt like I had fun while I was doing the things I needed to do this week

And it's such a little thing you forget to do sometimes and it makes worlds of a difference because even if you're doing something

That's frustrating or annoying or maybe you don't feel like doing or you're just doing something that's totally normal

Monday and like eating dinner watching TV just making it more fun just enjoying it
