Funny thing about me is

My anxiety does not care about me at all. She's like hey, I know you've been feeling really great

And you want to feel really great, but I'm gonna come in here and I'm just gonna fuck some shit up for a little bit

So I was just like okay girl come on through and I'll get to the best mood and mood boosters because they

Really really helped but I just had this like underlying anxiety. I think it's like

Essentially the type of anxiety where it's almost like restlessness

Exity it's kind of like I don't know what to do. I do know what to do. I have FOMO

What do I have FOMO about? I'm lonely, but I like being alone

It's kind of that anxiety that comes in and wants to think super black and white when in reality

You can totally live in the gray area and that's something I've been working on for a while
