Welcome back to mood with Lauren Elizabeth. I'm Lauren Elizabeth and today I'm going to be doing a solo episode.

Technically it's the second one of the year but this truly feels like the first one of the year since I kind of already

knew what I obviously wanted to start off the year solo. Talk about patience but this week I decided to post on Instagram

You know it's like let's take things one step at a time shall we? Okay we shall. Starting off with best mood and worst mood of the week.

My best mood this week was I think maybe my therapy session which like usually always is obviously I think no matter how long you do therapy for

you sometimes just like get that kind of like anticipatory anxiety where you're like oh I don't feel like it I don't know what I'm going to talk about

but like I've been doing this for a while so I'm kind of always just like listen I know it's good for me I know that like sometimes

I just get anxious about having to do things in general including therapy even though I love it so I don't really cancel.

I think it's like easy to cancel at the beginning and make up excuses but now that it's like you know we're in a pandemic it's a phone call.

Um yes I don't cancel I mean what do I really have to do you know I canceled like once this year it was insane.

My therapy session was my best mood because I feel like sometimes it's those sessions where you just have like a lot of built up

emotion and you kind of just get this like a really good random release where it's like not like one main thing
