Summary

Be guided in a walking meditation to focus you allow yourself to process your emotions whatever they may be. You'll be guided as you honor yourself while you connect with your surroundings. As always, you can do this meditation seated inside or walking outside. I encourage you to meditate outside as often as possible. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Meditations on Focus, Episodes 597-603. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness.
