You see you're not isolated in your sadness or your loneliness or your pain or your fears. No, none of us are alone. I love what a great songwriter Leonard Cohen wrote in his song anthem. He says,

Ring the bells that still can ring.

Forget your perfect offering.

There's a crack, a crack in everything.

That's how the light gets in.

My name is Mike Foster, and this is fun therapy.

Before we dive in, I want to talk about real quickly a workshop that I'm doing in San Diego. It's called Rescue Academy.

It's where I teach you my framework and some of the things that I use in our fun therapy

sessions. I teach you how to be a better heart handler. It's a two-day workshop and limit it

to about 25 people.

It's a very intimate setting where we talk about trauma

and identity and addiction and listening skills

and how to be more empathetic.
