Blessed be the day. Hi everyone. I have had quite the week, the rebirth. I am rebuked.

Last week I discussed my possible possession of the devil. And while I made it a joke,

it quickly turned into not a joke by probably Tuesday. I came down, I did this podcast,

I was discussing my inception level, night terrors, that was what I thought fuelled by melatonin.

I later found out in the week that I was actually possessed by a demon.

And over a gorgeous Boba Ghanouche, I was blessed in the name of Jesus and anointed by my dear friend Heather McMahon.

I found Jesus, I had a baptism, the demons are gone. We're going to get to that in a second.

But let's just let's backpedal a bit. Hi, it's been 30 seconds.

Okay, so after I finished recording last week's podcast, I tried to just get out of my head.

I thought Jackie, you're being a weirdo, you're not being possessed. You were just having really fucked up melatonin dreams.

Okay, a little graphic, a little, you know, Reagan, a little poltergeisty, but you know,

shit happens when you're having a good time and sedating yourself to sleep.

So I try to like get out of my funk. I try to do things whenever I'm feeling anxious or just two in my head.

I do really mundane activities. It makes me feel centered and balanced.

You know, I don't like start doing yoga or workout. I need to like hibernate.

I need to put on a sweatshirt that I've had from TJ Maxx, from 17 and a half years ago.

I need to go park in a strip mall. I need to have like a meal that I've had 755 times and you know,

listen to S Club Suggan and have a little cry and then call it a day.

So I go to Gelsons. I should be getting some type of ad revenue for fucking Gelsons because I really love it there.

There's something nostalgic about it. It's a market that you just want to spend your time in.
